Wilson Security bosses are trying to get a dodgy, non-union agreement approved by guards. Let’s be very clear: this proposed agreement would cut our wages back to the Award, it would strip away shift penalty entitlements and if your RDO falls on a public holiday you’ll get nothing.
This proposed non-union agreement will cost some guards an average of $1500.
We will beat this non-union agreement if we all speak to other guards on our site and ask them to vote no.
